Lumen
Trust, built in scroll seconds.
View live demoOverview
Lumen is a concept launch site for a neobank aimed at freelancers and creators. I built it to practice conversion-focused landing pages — earning trust with design and motion when there is no product to show yet.
The Challenge
A landing page has seconds to feel trustworthy and get someone to act. The challenge was explaining an abstract product with motion instead of walls of text, and making the signup feel effortless.
The Solution
A Framer Motion-choreographed marketing site with an interactive mock product demo, animated illustrations that explain concepts like "no monthly fees" without heavy copy, and a two-tap waitlist flow with instant confirmation (mock data).
What I built.
Interactive demo
Scroll-driven mock app — see the UX before signing up.
Animated explainers
Framer Motion illustrations for fees, security and benefits.
Two-tap waitlist
Email to position number to share link. Zero friction.
Referral concept
Move up the waitlist by sharing — a simple referral flow.
Motion system
A consistent easing and timing language across the page.
Responsive
Tuned from mobile up, with reduced-motion support.
The process.
Trust study
Studied what signals trust on fintech sites, and what kills it.
Build
React + Framer Motion, mock product demo, waitlist flow.
Polish
Reduced-motion support, responsive pass, micro-interactions.
The Impact
"Lumen was about earning trust with motion. I built the interactive product demo and the two-tap waitlist to practice conversion-focused landing pages."
